Wandering through the Streets of Pune (Feb 11, 2022)

 Street Vendors for Vada-Pav, Chai, Kachi Dabeli, Bhel Puri are ubiquitous. The Kabada (garbage) market is a jumbled assortment that includes electronics mixed with old shoes, bangles and calculators. It would take an Encyclopedia to tabulate all the things sold here! You can even find some old digital tablets and perhaps in working condition. This puncture repair shop as the name says has been converted to an electrical wiring shop. And the shopkeeper is fast asleep... A homeless person sleeping under a tree, cushioned by discarded plastic bags and blanket. In the heat, there is always room for Maggi! This person is doing brisk business selling Masala Maggi Noodles mixed with some vegetables. Once upon a time, it was actually Modern Sofa Repair Works, now needing some major repairs itself!  Pune Cantonment ended at this place once upon a time.
